Chas and Paddy: All hope gone?

Clive and Leyla spend the a ernoon in one of the B&B’s bedrooms, but Leyla becomes suspicious when her ancé leaves without his phone. Clive is o to see Frank and together they put the rst part of their art con into motion. A worried Leyla catches them red-handed as they make their preparations, and demands to know what’s going on. Clive admits everything and tries to recruit Leyla, but she’s having none of it. She meets up with the would-be criminals later and says in no uncertain terms that she will have no part in their scheme. Not only that, she demands that Frank tell Megan everything as well. Later, Clive is concerned about Frank’s commitment - will he nd a way to force Frank to go through with it?
ere’s a more sombre tone elsewhere as the ri between Chas and Paddy continues to grow. Paddy con des in best friend Marlon, and he helps Paddy plan a meal for Chas to help patch things up. Unfortunately, it’s not long before the evening turns sour and the couple argue again. e punters awkwardly leave the pub, and Chas chucks Paddy out as well before breaking down, but Eric Pollard provides a shoulder to cry on.
Meanwhile, Robert and Nicola plan to take control of the haulage company in order to solve both their money woes. ey prepare the paperwork, and upon going to nd Graham to coerce him into signing it, they discover him in a drunken state and get him sign it anyway. However, Nicola may not be completely convinced that this is the right course of action.
