Catherine Fulvio’s latest adventure takes her to from Lusk, Co Dublin to Sydney, Australia, as she looks to reconnect a family who may be separated by distance, but can be brought back together by food.

The chef picks up a homemade vegetable soup and soda bread recipe from Kate Sweetman and her husband Noel here in Ireland, before taking the globe-trotting trip Down Under, where she shares it with the couple’s daughter Sarah.
