The chef continues his step-bystep guide to quick and easy meals that are sure to impress even the pickiest of dinner guests.

This evening’s recipes are designed to have quick prep times, so that, even on the tightest schedule, there’s always enough time to put together a tasty dish.

Demonstrations include piri piri roast chicken and harissa lamb stew, a turkey chilli, beef and Guinness stew and sizzling pork with sugar snap peas.
