Alfie to the rescue
Al e’s return to Albert Square was met with an appropriate level of drama, and poor Hayley was at the epicentre. She’s moved in with the Ahmeds, and everyone grows concerned about her state of mind. Al e visits her, intent on sorting everything out, but Hayley drops a bombshell – she wants to give Cherry up.
Kat notices the elderly man who she hit while eeing from her meeting with Maurice – and Al e nds her upset in The Vic. She tells him everything, and he is stunned, but comes up with a plan to help her through this tough time.
Ruby’s struggling to cope with the abuse she’s receiving online. She shows Stacey some of the horrible comments that have been made concerning her case, and Stacey is appalled. However, Stacey has an idea that might cheer Ruby up.
Later, Stacey urges Ruby to go to Ross and Matt’s court hearing. Ruby reveals that she intended to go all along, and sets out with her head held high to get the justice she deserves.
