Donations to Simon welcomed

DONATIONS have been encouraged for the North West Simon Community this week in lieu of an annual fundraiser which cannot take place.

The traditional Women’s Little Christmas Black Dress Ladies’ Lunch normally takes place on January 6 but did not take place yesterday due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Online donations are welcome at www.northwestsimon.ie/donate. All donors who contribute while also writing ‘Ladies’ Lunch’ in the comment box will be entered in a draw for prizes which includes afternoon tea for two at Kilronan Castle, four tickets to The Shed Distillery, a hair crimper from Hot Head hair salon by Gemma Crossan and a hamper from Avoca.

Donations can also be taken over the phone today, Thursday, and tomorrow, Friday by calling 087 7708865. Donations can also be posted to NW Simon, 4 JFK Parade, Sligo, and referencing ‘Ladies’ Lunch’.
