FANCY a chance of winning a house and £20,000 in tax-free cash for just £20?

Look no further than Enniscrone where Gary Cawley and Dyann Kilawee are putting their three-bedroom home up for a prize draw this summer.

The home, ideally situated near amenities such as the beach, golf course, Water Point and restaurants, includes a spacious entrance hall, one bedroom en-suite, one main bathroom upstairs, a spacious open kitchen and living area, sitting room with wood burning, back boiler stove, utility room, oil and solid fuel central heating, large front garden and enclosed back garden.

Gary and Dyann have opted to raffle their home as they felt it was not appropriate to put it up for sale by traditional means during a pandemic, which would require people visiting for viewing.

The draw will be all run through www.raffall. com, a UK-based website. Tickets can be purchased there, with the cost in pound sterling. Gary and Dyann hope to attract 20,000 punters for the raffle which has an entry deadline of June 9. The draw will be held at an earlier date should all tickets be sold before then.

The couple have confirmed there will also be a charity element to this, with an organisation receiving a donation when the draw has concluded.

In the event that the prize cannot be provided, there is a guarantee that the winners will receive a share of the compensation amounting to 75 per cent of all ticket sales.

To enter the draw – which has already sold in excess of 1,000 tickets within a week – visit www.raffall.com and search for ‘Win Atlantic Home + £20k cash’.
