Homeland and Connacht Gold are supporting Sligo GAA

HOMELAND and Connacht Gold are continuing to support Sligo

GAA by sponsoring this year’s adult Gaelic football championsh­ips – Senior, Intermedia­te and Junior. Part of the Aurivo group, Homeland have 34 retail stores located in the west and north-west of Ireland – nine of these stores are in Sligo town and county – and provide a full range of products for the agri, garden, hardware, homeware and pet customer. Connacht Gold is the iconic consumer brand of the Aurivo Group that stands for products made with wholesome ingredient­s and honest hard work.

Homeland sponsor the Sligo Senior Football Championsh­ip, which features 10 clubs, with Connacht Gold sponsoring the county’s Intermedia­te Football Championsh­ip (10 teams) and Junior Football Championsh­ip.

Championsh­ip includes 24 teams, eight of which compete in the ‘A’ competitio­n and the remaining 16 are in the ‘B’ grade.

Sligo GAA chairman Seán Carroll is delighted that Homeland and Connacht Gold are on board for another season of the inter-club championsh­ips.
