Applications now open for Time at the Well 2023

-

THE Hawk’s Well Theatre have announced that applications are now open for their Time at the Well Artist Support Programme for 2023. If you have a great idea for a new performance project, Time at the Well offers you a budget, stage time, technical support and mentorship to help you on your journey to bring your idea to life.

The purpose of the Time at the Well award is to support a professional performing arts practitioner, curator, technician or producer (at any stage of their career) to develop their art practice.

It will provide a performing arts practitioner with the time and resources to think, research, reflect and critically engage with their own art.

The Time at the Well award is open to performing artists of all disciplines, at all stages in their career, who have presented work in a professional context within the last three years.

Those awarded will receive up to €5,000 to support their art practice development within the year 2023. Support in-kind will be offered and will include, where relevant and possible, access to venue facilities, technical, management and communication support and up to three days’ stage time.

Along with this, two selected artists will be offered a one-week residency at the Tyrone Guthrie Centre.

To apply, those interested are asked to download the application form that can be found on the Hawk’s Well website at www. hawkswell.com and complete and return to director@hawkswell.com by Friday week, September 9, at 4pm. If applicants have any access requirements or additional needs, they can contact the Hawk’s Well Theatre by emailing director@ hawkswell.com, or by telephone (071 9161518) or in person by calling to the theatre between 10am-2pm, Monday to Friday.
