THE Sligo Pallets Premier League continued last weekend, having begun the previous weekend when Ballygawley Celtic won at home to Valley Rovers.

First up was the meeting last Friday evening of Glenview

Stars and Dromahair FC, with Glenview Stars having home advantage at Forthill.

on for the second-half.

The hosts went in front early in the second period with a goal from Tom Myers and retained that advantage.

The second tier game that produced the most goals last Sunday was the meeting of north Sligo’s Benbulben FC and Calry Bohs Reserves.

Benbulben, the home side, lost 5-4. Joe Kilcullen scored a hat-trick for the winners, for whom Colm Devaney and James O’Hara were also on target. The goalscorers for Benbulben were Evan McDonald (2), Liam Coll and Matteo Melis.
