The message An Garda Síochána wants to send out to the Community is “Please be safe and do not have fireworks in your possession”.

This time of year can be very distressing for the elderly and vulnerable in the community. Also pet owners should be mindful that this can be a very frightening time for their belovws pets, particularly animals that are of a nervous and/or fearful disposition.
