Garda awards presented to youths

THE annual SligoLeitrim Divisional Youth Awards recently took place in the Glasshouse Hotel. Nine awards were presented on the night to young people from both counties who have made their communities a better place.

Lewis Carr (Individual), Pizza Project (Group), Amy Keogh (Special

Achievement), My Own Jungle Project (Sligo District), Martha Sorkhun (Ballymote District), Sarah O’Beirne (Leitrim District), Wiktoria Zebrowska (Manorhamilton District), Regan Callaghan (U13 Individual) and Cliffoney NS fifth and sixth class (U13 Group) were this year’s recipients.
