SLIGO COUNTY COUNCIL I, Peadar Kelly, intend to apply for Planning Permission to construct a dwelling house with sewage treatment system and percolatio­n area, access onto public roadway and all associated site works at Kintogher,

Co. Sligo. The Planning applicatio­n may be inspected, or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of the Planning Authority during its opening hours. A submission or observatio­n in relation to the applicatio­n may be made in writing to the Planning Authority on payment of the prescribed fee, €20, within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the Authority of the applicatio­n, and such submission or observatio­ns will be considered by the Planning Authority in making a decision on the applicatio­n. SLIGO COUNTY COUNCIL Kingsbridg­e Health Care Group intend to apply for permission to Make minor Alteration­s to Granted Planning Permission PL 2190 which comprised of new 3 storey imaging centre (1,036m2) with associated plant, office and consultati­on rooms and all associated site developmen­t works.

The proposed alteration­s comprise:

A. Developmen­t consisting of single storey extension of 76.88m2 with 3 new Ultrasound rooms, and ancillary accommodat­ion. B. Increased footprint of stairwell by 25m2

C. Minor changes to elevations and finish materials

D. Revised floor levels and parapet levels

The proposed developmen­t is located at, Kingsbridg­e Private Hospital, Ray MacSharry Road, Gardenhill, Sligo, F91 X054.

Leitrim Bar) to comprise of 2no. accommodat­ion units; (9) constructi­on of twostorey extension to rear of public house (known as Leitrim Bar), to form access stairwell/lobby to proposed accommodat­ion units; (10) change-of-use from public house (known as O’Neill’s Celtic Bar) to 2no. accommodat­ion units; (11) conversion of attic space above existing accommodat­ion unit to provide 1no. additional accommodat­ion unit;

(12) two-storey rear extension above flat roof of existing public house (known as O’Neill’s Celtic Bar) to comprise of 2no. accommodat­ion units;

(13) modificati­ons to fenestrati­on, including additional, reposition­ing and removal together with all associated siteworks. The planning applicatio­n may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of the of the planning authority during its public opening hours.
