SLIGO COUNTY COUNCIL I, Peadar Kelly, intend to apply for Planning Permission to construct a dwelling house with sewage treatment system and percolation area, access onto public roadway and all associated site works at Kintogher,
Co. Sligo. The Planning application may be inspected, or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of the Planning Authority during its opening hours. A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made in writing to the Planning Authority on payment of the prescribed fee, €20, within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the Authority of the application, and such submission or observations will be considered by the Planning Authority in making a decision on the application. The Planning Authority may grant permission subject to or without conditions, or may refuse to grant permission.
SLIGO COUNTY COUNCIL Kingsbridge Health Care Group intend to apply for permission to Make minor Alterations to Granted Planning Permission PL 2190 which comprised of new 3 storey imaging centre (1,036m2) with associated plant, office and consultation rooms and all associated site development works.
The proposed alterations comprise:
A. Development consisting of single storey extension of 76.88m2 with 3 new Ultrasound rooms, and ancillary accommodation. B. Increased footprint of stairwell by 25m2
C. Minor changes to elevations and finish materials
D. Revised floor levels and parapet levels
The proposed development is located at, Kingsbridge Private Hospital, Ray MacSharry Road, Gardenhill, Sligo, F91 X054.
