Every Step Counts Challenge, is for everybody not just GAA club members. Cloonacool GAA is asking their club and community to come together to reach a steps target between the 8th January and 12th February. Clubs have a target to track a combined 4,000km over 5 weeks by walking or running. All clubs who achieve the 4,000km target will be entered into a €30,000 draw. Our local GAA Club will host their annual 5K fundraisin­g event on Sunday February 25. This is always such a colourful and fun event for our parish, bringing runners, joggers and walkers from all over. Now would be a good time to brush on your fitness in preparatio­n for the event.

CLOONACOOL 5K:
