St Lassara's national school Ballinacarrow are holding an open day today, Thursday from 6pm to 7pm for all wishing to enrol their children for school starting in September.

The blessing of engaged couples and those celebrating signifiant anniversaries of marriage (10 years, 20, 25, 40 and 50 years of marriage and longer) will be held in the Cathedral in Ballaghaderreen on Sunday February 18 at 4pm.

Takes place every Friday in the community centre Bunninadden at 9pm. Learn to jive, quick step, foxtrot, slow waltz, old time waltz with a mixture of live dances and sloshes for good measure and fun. St Fechin and St Lassara Church, Ballinacarrow now has its own webcam. It can be found on www.churchtv. ie/ballinacarrow. It can also be accessed through the parish website-www.kilvarnetparish. com/webcam. Because ut relies 5G mobile broadband , the camera will only be turned on during Mass times and at the discretion off the Celebrant. Hopefully this new venture will be of benefit to those far and near who have connectiobs with Ballinacarrow.
