OWENMORE GAELS GAELIC FOOTBALL NURSERY:

The Owenmore Óg nursery for 4-7 year old boys and girls from the Ballinacar­row, Ballisodar­e and Collooney areas returns on Saturday, March 23 at the usual time of 10am at Connolly Park. CEMETERY MASSES:

Community Sports facility Cuilbeg at 9.30 am. All residents are asked to come and join with giving our community good clean up for the summer. Residents are also requested to give area outside own property a sweep and tidy up a few feet each side of own property. Please wear Hi-Viz which we will have available. Gloves and Pickers available. PARKINSON’S ASSOCIATIO­N ANNUAL FUN WALK:

The annual “Fun

Walk” will take place next Sunday commencing at 2.30pm at JFK Parade.

The walk 3 lengths will follow the beautiful walking path to Doorly Park which is wheelchair friendly. This is a social and fundraisin­g event to support the local associatio­n with its efforts to promote awareness and assist its members and families.

The Clothes collection in aid of Carraroe

Parents associatio­n will take place in April on Saturday 13 at 6pm to 8pm and Sunday 14 from 10am to 2pm in Carraroe Community Centre. All clothes Belts, Hats Scarves, Handbags, Curtains Towels welcome. No Duvets or Pillows please. Great opportunit­y to clear your wardrobe and help a worthy cause in our local community.
