A new exercise class for the over 50’s will be starting at Ballymote FRC after Easter. The aim of the programme is to encourage people over the age of 50 to be more physically active, and to participate in strength and conditioning based exercises. The classes will be running at 10am Friday mornings. There will be two classes one for men and one for women. Please contact Ballymote FRC on 071-9197818 for more details.

The blessing of engaged couples and those celebrating signifiant anniversaries of marriage (10 years, 20, 25, 40 and 50 years of marriage and longer) will be held in the Cathedral in Ballaghaderreen on Sunday February 18 at 4pm.
Takes place every Friday in the community centre Bunninadden at 9pm.
