am a small busi­ness sell­ing hand-made cards through my so­cial me­dia busi­ness page. One cus­tomer re­cently tried to can­cel her or­der af­ter she re­ceived her cards, say­ing she doesn’t like them and wants a full re­fund. Can she do this?
