Actress I’m great at relaxing. I’m not one of those people who doesn’t know how to switch off or unwind. And I’m a big fan of a cheeky nap. I like to take my dog up to the dog park near our house and just sit on a bench, watching her sniff and wander. I don’t bring my phone or a book. I just take in the trees and the breeze.
Thai massages are another favourite way for me to relax. Sometimes it gets a little painful as they pummel, prod and walk on top of me! But afterwards, I always feel incredibly relaxed.
I meditate nearly every day — well, I try to — so I get a bubble of me-time before my day begins. I’ve found that is a great way to combat stress.
Oh, and cooking. I love to cook, and if I’m not starving while I’m doing it, I find it very therapeutic!
