Businesswoman I’m just off a seven-day week last week launching SsangYong’s new Tivoli car, so I’m wondering when downtime kicks in, if ever! I love to go to Kerry at the weekend and walk along Inch Beach. It is one of the most beautiful places on Earth. It is so tranquil — just miles and miles of golden sand, set against a backdrop of blue mountains. You can enjoy the most amazing sunsets from Sammy’s beach cafe, lovely food, fiery red skies and rolling surf.

Alternatively, I sometimes travel the extra few miles into Dingle for a bite of the freshest seafood. Fish and chips in Dingle is a real treat. That drive along the Dingle peninsula is so spectacular, that it would lift the darkest mood. It’s a great place to just kick back; no need to dress or impress — just relax and enjoy.
