If work is full-on, it means a lot of travel and sleep deprivation, so when things quieten I retreat, sloth-like, under a duvet and stay there until it is embarrassing or I have an urgent craving for crisps.
I have downloaded an app to help me switch off. I mean, when I see it written down it sounds pretty incredible, and perhaps I over-paid, but it reminds me to sit still, breathe deeply and be in the moment! That said, I find that whiskey on the rocks has a similar effect.
