To make your own tor­tilla chips that’ll knock the socks off any from a bag, just cut wheat flour or corn tor­tillas into wedges then deep fry for a few sec­onds un­til light golden be­fore drain­ing quickly and sprin­kling with a pinch of salt, or even bet­ter, some finely grated Parme­san cheese mixed with a pinch of cayenne pep­per.
