Chard is a de­li­cious leafy green that’s re­ally un­der­used. Not un­like spinach but with light green, deep pur­ple, or even multi-coloured stalks, chard is de­li­cious if the stalks are chopped and the leaves shred­ded, then tossed in a pan with garlic and olive oil and served on freshly grilled br­uschetta.
