Fancy the ultimate crab linguine, or crispy Parmesan chicken with baby potatoes, celeriac and mustard slaw? You will find both at Paul O’Connor and Keith Hallissey’s Farmhill in Goatstown, D14, where chef Anita Thoma, above, has just taken up the reins in the kitchen.

Thoma was, for many years, at the former Il Primo on Montague Street, where her contemporary Italian cuisine had a big following. Always a busy lady, in September she is also embarking on a unique two-year master’s programme at the Institute of Technology Tallaght (ITT), which will see her graduate with an MSc in applied culinary nutrition.
