These are sim­ple in­ter­ven­tions that I’d like you to try, each at a dif­fer­ent time of the day. You don’t need to do them all; they’re sim­ply tools to try in or­der to get go­ing. You can use them as they are or tweak them to suit your own life and pref­er­ences.

They’ll help get your thoughts in the right place so that you can start see­ing the good that’s al­ready there in your ev­ery­day life and be­gin to shift your at­ten­tion away from the neg­a­tive (which hu­mans have a nat­u­ral ten­dency to do) and into the pos­i­tive.
