Blackrock has a good selection of pubs and restaurants, including the tiny Michelin-starred Heron & Grey and a branch of Italian favourite, Dunne & Crescenzi. The Dart provides ease of access to Dublin city centre, and there is a good choice of schools in the area, including Carysfort National School, Blackrock College, and St Andrew’s College.
