Brain science

I love this book by one of my teachers at UCLA. Dr Dan Siegel is one of the revolutionary global innovators in the integration of brain science into the practice of psychotherapy. Mindsight is a term coined by Dr Siegel to describe the human capacity to perceive the mind of the self and others. It is a powerful lens through which we can understand our inner lives with more clarity, integrate the brain, and enhance our relationships with others.
