Cairn Homes completes sale of four units from luxury site

CAIRN Homes has completed the sale of four units in its boutique development in south county Dublin since it was launched more than two-and-a-half years ago.

Two of the unit sales were for social housing, with both houses sold to the council for €172,516, according to the property price register. Another two of the townhouses were sold privately in May 2017 and June 2018 for €907,489 and €1.038m respectively.

Ergo understands that another eight agreements are in place with buyers of the homes in its Albany development on the Killiney Hill Road.

Albany, which is made up of 15 tall three and four-bed units as well as a collection of six smaller dwellings, was praised for its high quality finishings and unique design when it was brought to the market in May 2016.
