Giorgio Casari, pictured left, trod the boards, and charmed celebs, at The Unicorn for 18 years, before his business partnership with Jeff Stokes hit the rocks, and The Unicorn changed hands. Now, after five years ‘resting’, as the actors say, Giorgio is back, with chef Marc McLaughlin, at Gigi, their new Italian restaurant in Ranelagh. See gigiranelagh.ie
