The person

Oh god, how could I choose just one? I honestly can’t, but if the world was to end tomorrow, I’d want to be beside my family. I couldn’t be anything without them. I ring my mother, Margaret, about 10 times a day. For me, family is everything, and making memories is what life is all about.

The moment of the day

When all my housework is done and my children are safe in bed, and I can sit on the sofa and take a second to realise how lucky I am to have my health, my family, and a roof over my head.

The song

I love music, but I was recently at a musical where Greatest Day by Take That was playing, and it reminded me to stay in the moment and enjoy life.

The movie

I am a Disney movie lover. I could watch children’s films all day. I did the panto last year in the Olympia — Polly and the Magic

Lamp — and I loved watching Aladdin, as the panto was based around this. It was an excuse for me to watch this movie unashamedly.

The book

The Secret by Rhonda Byrne was a life-changing book for me. I don’t always apply it as often as I’d like, but it’s the one book I’ll always go back to.

The person

Robyn Smyth, a little girl who has fought cancer from the age of three [she is now 14]. I got the chance to meet her, and she doesn’t even realise how amazing she is. Robyn, and many children like her, show incredible strength and courage. They are our heroes.

The outfit

The time Synan O’Mahony made me a dress for the VIP Style Awards. It was purple tulle, and it reminded me of a ballerina. It made me feel like a princess.

The accessory

A smile. It costs nothing, and can change a whole outfit.

The gadget

My coffee machine. I have two children, and I couldn’t live without coffee. I’d happily give you my phone to keep my cup of coffee.

The pet hate

A messy sink. I can take any part of the house being a mess, but there is something about the sink! I honestly have no clue why it bothers me.

The friend

My sister, Aoife. She’s more than just my sister. She is my best friend.

The beauty product

Cleanser. I regularly go to ClearSkin clinic, and it’s the one thing I’m obsessed with. We can spend so much on make-up, and forget about our skin regime. I never go to bed without cleansing my face.

The drink

Proper Twelve whiskey and ginger ale.

The hobby

The gym. We have a love/hate relationship, but it always makes me feel better.

The part of my body

My eyes, as they never change. I can be very critical of myself, so they are the one thing I can never change. I suppose it’s good that I like them. My mama told me it was the first thing my dad complimented when I was born, so maybe that’s why.

The piece of advice

Never say never, and never give up on your dreams. No matter what anyone says.

The virtue

Honesty. I believe that above all, it’s most important.

The vice

My phone is never out of my hands.

The celebrity

Kris Jenner — she is one smart business lady. I would love to get into her mind for one day.

The smell

A new baby; I love the smell of newborns. Fresh and sweet — they are adorable.

The taste

[My partner] Terry’s kiss!
