I loved her technique of telling me everything she was going to do beforehand, so that all I had to do was lie back and enjoy the experience. The only thing I needed to decide was whether I wanted to feel relaxed or energised when it was all over. I adored the light textures of the Germaine de Capuccini products, which left my skin feeling plumped and hydrated, but not sticky and icky, so I was able to pop my make-up on straight away and hit the road full of energy, just like J-Lo, pictured right!
