I attended the recent unveiling of Aer Lingus' first major brand refresh in 20 years. and I'm extremely impressed with how innovative Ireland's 4-Star airline is being at the moment. Alongside the amazing brand update. Aer Lingus have now announced their new premium short haul travel experience. AerSpace. which will commence 1st September 2019. The new product offering, which can be booked now from €129 each way. will provide passengers with a roomier and more efficient navel experience. How? Clodagh Dooley's Pick of the Week: Muckross Park Hotel & Spa Last weekend. myself and my boyfriend Mark enjoyed a one-night stay at the 5-Star Muckross Park Hotel & Spa in Killarney, Co Kerry. And, what a stay it was! After a warm welcome from the friendly stall we dropped our Ph°w°fcipdagn'Y bags in our room. Even though it AbeiVeihwn was a beautiful day outside. it was very difficult to leave the luxurious suite! The room had its own living room area. plush fabrics, king-sized bed and a balcony. along with complimentary wine and chocolates. But we eventually managed to venture outside to take advantage of the sunshine and explore the surrounding area. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Killarney National Park. home to Tore Waterfall and Muckross House. The hotel had organised a one-hour cruise of the Killarney Lakes for us. Lily of Killarney run the tours from the 15th-century Ross Castle. and sail-by sights including the MacGillycuddy Reeks. The views were spectacular.
After our explorations. it was back to the hotel to unwind in the spa before dinner. The award-winning spa not only offers many treatments such as facials. but all guests have complimentary access to the Vitality Pool and outdoor hot tub. Dinner was in the hotets Yew Tree restaurant that evening. Their menu uses the best of local Kerry produce and I would highly recommend the succulent Kerry Beef Fillet.
