Be happier and lighter for summer

All talk and no action is a common theme in today’s wellness world. We stock up on the best magazines, are glued to Netflix documentar­ies on self-developmen­t, and get discounts for online webinars and wellness events, as we attend them so regularly. If this sounds like you, you might have what I call distractio­n addiction. Avoidance and distractio­n are exactly that — avoidance and distractio­n. You can dress them up and shift them into a different, more acceptable form, but if you are still feeling stuck, what’s the point? Starting tomorrow is a common phrase for, “It’s too much effort”, “I’m scared”, “What if I fail?”, “Couldn’t really be bothered”, and so on. Nothing is out of your reach, you just have to start extending your arm. You must start flexing your choice and change muscles. It starts every morning when you catch your first thought — and if you don’t like it, change it. Start your day by not accepting anything other than greatness from yourself. Dreaming of a better future is not just for the lucky ones. It’s for everyone who takes a step in the direction of their dreams. A step in the right direction is a giant step away from the life you don’t want. Your life starts now in the present moment, no excuses, no maybes just do it!
