We all enjoy the idea that our perfect products exist out there, just waiting for us to purchase them. Our holy-grail products are those that fit the bill perfectly, and that then see us not seek an alternative ever again. Needless to say, this never happens. We get bored. Our needs change. Our skin changes. Or, more likely, new and nicer stuff comes along.

Foundations are a perfect example of our endless desire to try something new. Even if we have a favourite foundation that has never done anything but wonders for us, scientific advances and textural revolutions regularly reel us in. Hence, very few of us own a single holy-grail foundation. But let’s not beat ourselves up about it. Life is about experiences, and today’s options are well worth experiencing.
