Salads and seeds, yay or nay?

I often go through food phases, and right now I’m on the ‘seeds on salads’ phase, so it’s a yay from me! You won’t regret it. You can simply add some seeds when you’ve made your salad, or toast them lightly in the pan first. My favourite are sunflower seeds, which are an excellent source of vitamin E, an antioxidan­t that helps maintain healthy hair and skin, and protects the cells from damage. They are also full of B vitamins, which help with energy and the immune system.
