Bring your bounce back

-

Bounce-back-ability! I define this as: when life throws you curve balls, you have the ability to deal with them without getting stretched so far that you snap. This takes training, presence, and most importantly, a consistent practice of coming home to yourself each day. This means taking time to reconnect with yourself, to open your heart and soften your space and place in this world.

There is too much fight and force happening. We are too busy and too stressed and, believe it or not, this just pushes what we want farther away from us. To be bouncy requires a certain amount of joy, lightness and humour. A remembering that life is meant to be fun, and lived with a light and open heart. An open heart attracts abundance in all forms — love, laughter, friendship, contentment, peace and connectedness. You can bounce back from anything when you meet it with love. The light of love transmutes the darkness, pain and suffering that we all experience in this human lifetime. It is the power that transports us home to our true nature, which is unconditional love. It’s like if you have a really bouncy ball and it gets deflated. It can’t get its bounce back until you refill it. So, refill yourself with unconditional love daily to bring your own bounce back.
