Big boys & VAT cats

Kevin and Carol O’Toole, both pictured left, shocked the foodie world when they announced recently that, after 25 years, with great sadness, they were shutting the doors of their superb Chameleon Indonesian restaurant in Temple Bar.

The increased VAT rate is not helping the hospitality industry, and also there is so much competition from big groups.
