Having someone tell us how to walk, sit and stand correctly could potentially be annoying, but Celia gets the information across in a charming way. Her recent Instagram-TV posts have covered everything from ‘how to improve your carriage’, to how to pose for the perfect picture. Given how much time we have spent in a slump recently, whether working from home at the kitchen table or lying about on the couch, this advice is not only timely, it’s necessary.
