Hold the intention of growth in your heart

No one can stop the power of love, no matter how much they try. It’s who we all are at our core. Everything else is just layers of protection, trauma and life experiences, but as we begin to peel off those layers one by one, we start to uncover our true nature — our true selves. We get so caught up with labels and definitions, usually placed into our psyche by others, and then we start to live from a limited paradigm, carrying the weight of all these illusions. When we begin to go within, get quiet and listen, we start to hear a voice that has often been smothered since childhood. This voice is asking you to surrender and open up to an entirely different world and way of being. Imagine, just for one moment, that each day you could keep just a small part of your mind open to the possibility that you don’t know everything, or that the things you do know are not 100pc true.

How we begin to discern is by building a relationship with the self. When you begin to become more of yourself, your trust will increase, and you will begin to know what aligns with you, your true self, your inner being.

The law of mind in action, a great law of the universe, then begins to manifest a beautiful growth within you. When we are on the wrong side of the law, this is when we lean into limited conditions and circumstances and live our lives as victims. We send signals out to the universe of lack; of less-than; and a ‘woe is me’ story begins. To start this process, just begin, bit by bit, to lean into that part of you that seeks to expand into a freer, fuller expression of yourself. Just because you can’t see it, doesn’t mean that there is not an energy at play. Hold the intention of growth in your heart, and guidance and direction will be shown to you.
