Self-care corner: Start small and build

We know exercise is good for us, but how many of us do it each and every day? If the thought of exercise leaves you with images of the gym, I urge you to begin to think differentl­y. There is so much you can do, either at home or out in nature. Dance, stretch, skip, have fun and do sprints in the park! The list is endless. Set personal goals, and each day stretch it just a little bit more. One day in the not-too-distant future, you will look back and see how far you have come, and the result will be a stronger body and mind. This will greatly help to reduce any stress and anxiety, which are overwhelmi­ng society right now.
