“The thing that makes sticking with your workout easy isn’t motivation so much as making it a habit, which is what happens when you’re consistent. When I’m not feeling it, I play my favourite music really loud in the car on the way to the gym to hype me up for my workout. In my case, old-school R&B,” she says.
