Do you have trouble sleeping? Sleep expert Dr Robert Oexman has a great tip. Spritz a scent you enjoy and find relaxing, such as lavender, in your bedroom at night. You learn to associate that scent with sleep, and you’ll find it easier to drift off. You can then use this same trick if you have trouble sleeping when travelling. Simply spritz the same scent on a travel pillow and cuddle up to it on the plane or in the hotel where you are staying.
