THE RULES IN NEW ZEALAND

■ Everyone must be seated at a table when consuming food and drink on the premises. ■ Physical distancing of one metre must be maintained. ■ Only one staff member should be providing the service to all customers in a section. ■ Customers showing signs of illness will not be allowed in. ■ Larger bars will be zoned to ensure social-distancing rules. ■ Staff training to implement and enforce the new regulations will be an essential part of keeping within the rules and avoiding the threat of closure.
