What we’re listening to:

Nora McInerny’s podcast Terrible, Thanks for Asking, began in the wake of her husband Aaron’s death from cancer. As the title suggests, she wanted to have proper conversations about grief and loss. McInerny covers everything from motherhood and childhood trauma to difficult parental relationships. It sounds heavy, but she’s an incredibly accomplished interviewer as well as a charming host, and the series is edited like a radio documentary, meaning it’s also storytelling at its most addictive.
