The new QKangaroo App was launched in Dundalk last week.
The app allows customers to find, order and prepay for food and/or drink in a chosen coffee shop or restaurant. Customers can choose their pick up time and ‘skip’ the queue.
QKangaroo was founded by Ross Kernan from Crossmaglen. ‘ We wanted to create a smart and intuitive app, which was much faster than any alternative,’ said Ross. ‘ We are also keen to continue to support local businesses and people as we scale. We hired local talent (we now have a team of ten people) and as much as possible we work with local suppliers and agencies.’
QKangaroo have some fantastic special offers and promos to celebrate over the coming few weeks. The app is free to download from google play or the app store and there is no added cost to the user.
You can now preorder your coffee, beverage or food via QKangaroo in the following local cafes: Riva, 3rd Place, River Café and Red Rose Café in Dundalk and Café Acqua and Rocksalt in Blackrock.
