PUBLIC ORDERCASE ADJOURNED

A 26-year-old man accused of failing to comply with the direction of a garda, failing to provide his name and address and being intoxicated in a public place, has had the case adjourned to 6 February, 2019, to pay €300 to charity.

Niall Corbally, Simon Community, 63 Barrack Street was granted legal aid.

The offences occurred at the Simon Community on 18 October last.
