DRUGSCHARGE STRUCKOUT

Gerard Wallace (19), 15 Riverwell Close, Toberona, has had an unlawful possession of cannabis charge struck out after he made a €200 donation to charity.

The offence occurred at Ecco Road on 6 March, 2018.

Legal aid was granted.
