Ian Doherty (20), 37 Castle Road, has had a public order case against him adjourned to 6 February.

He is charged with being intoxicated in a public place, engaging in threatening, abusive and insulting behaviour and failing to comply with the direction of a garda, at Park Street on 1 November, 2018.

The judge told him to have €300 for charity the next day.
