The defendant was given legal aid for a solicitor, barrister and senior counsel.
He is charged with deliberately colliding at speed with a stationary unmarked garda patrol car, driven by a garda, at Gibstown, Dundalk; damaging a Garda Hyundai i40 car at Newtownbalregan and damaging a Garda Ford Mondeo at Gibstown.
Molloy is further accused of damaging a Garda Ford Focus at The Commons, Dromiskin and of unlawful possession of cocaine at Dundalk garda station.
