A memorable season for the Green Gates golf society concluded with their final outing at Corrstown in Dublin.

A small shower that quickly cleared within a couple of minutes was the only rain that the society encountered all year, as the weather hugely contributed to what was a most enjoyable year’s golf for the members.

A party of 22 travelled and had a great day with the course a real pleasure to play.

Centra, Blackrock kindly provided sponsorship for the day, and the society are most grateful to them and all their sponsors during the year.

Mickey Smyth came out on top on the day, with it turning out to be a day
