FINED AND DISQUALIFIED

OBASANJO Olajubu (27), 23 Beacon Court, Coe’s Road, has been fined €100 and disqualified from driving for two years for driving without insurance on the Inner Relief Road on 17 March last.

He has one previous conviction for uninsured driving.

Solicitor Peter Lavery said his client was recently conferred with an honours degree in DkIT.

Legal aid was granted.
